Oxford Academy has engaged Smith Edwards Architects to help upgrade their faculty housing units. In 2004, four duplex units were created in the Lind Hall dormitory. Our current project, scheduled to be completed in 2006, will provide three new duplex faculty apartment units as an addition to the existing Davis Hall dormitory. Each unit will contain two bedrooms, one and one-half bathrooms, a large fireplaced great room and kitchen space, and a study for tutorials. Also as part of this project the existing dining hall will be approximately doubled in size and a new dining terrace added.
