Smith Edwards Architects has been engaged to represent the Owner of this National Register property to ensure that the proposed changes to the building have a minimum adverse impact on its historic fabric, and that all reasonable steps are taken to ensure that the building could be returned to its original appearance at some future point. On-site supervision of the selective demolition portion of the project has been critical to its success.
